WE SELL ONLINE DIAGRAMS - NOT THE LAMINATED TYPE

The real point of the website is that you get the diagrams online. We don't send laminated diagrams through the mail.

GET DIAGRAMS ON THE WEBSITE STRAIGHT AFTER PURCHASE

After you complete payment, diagrams are immediately available on-screen on the website for viewing and printing. We don't send them through the post!

TIME LIMIT ON ACCESSING PURCHASED DIAGRAMS

While you remain a subscriber, diagrams you buy will remain in your portfolio. Otherwise they are guaranteed to be available for at least 3 months - which gives plenty of time to print them.

DO I NEED TO CHOOSE THE PRINT VIEWPOINT BEFORE BUYING?

No. After you buy a diagram it will appear immediately in your portfolio. You can then choose to print it from the A end or C end of the arena (or both if you wish). If you are a subscriber, you can also print viewed from E or B. THere is no limit on how often you print.

WE USE PAYPAL BUT YOU DON'T NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

When you get to the Paypal site to complete checkout, you will have the option of creating a Paypal account. This is not necessary for making purchases on DressageDiagrams.com. For simple purchases like ours, just follow the on-screen instructions for paying by card. Of course, if you want to create a Paypal account, or use an existing account, that is perfectly OK.

WHY A MINIMUM TRANSACTION CHARGE?

Paypal charges us a percentage of every transaction. This is subject to a minimum amount which means that very small transactions would actually cost us money. That is why we charge £2.50, €3.00 or $4.00 even if the value of your purchases is less.

Buying is really easy. You choose the items you want, we calculate the price and you can pay there and then with your credit or debit card. Payments are made safely and securely through Paypal, the web's best known and biggest online payments service.
